When you need some help follow this simple procedure to arrange the service of a member.
1. Contact the Time Bank office on 01829 751398 as soon as possible – our office is staffed from 9am until 5pm and there is a 24 hour answerphone.
2. Give your name, address and telephone number.
3. Give details of the help that you require and the time/date which is most convenient to you. (If you can offer a degree of flexibility over the time/date it provides more options for other members to help you.
4. The Administrator of the Time Bank will call you back once a member has been contacted and who is able to meet your needs.
5. You will be given the name of the person offering help and the time at which to expect them. Similarly, the member offering help will be given your name, address and information about the task to be undertaken.
6. When the job has been confirmed write down the name of the person offering help.
7. On registration each member will be provided with an identity card- always ask to see this before inviting a member into your house. If you have any doubts ask the person to wait outside whilst you ring the Time Bank office.
8. On completion of the job check and sign the members’ time sheet.
